The Lighthouse is a tailored coaching programme, seven sessions of deep, steady work. You don't have to decide that from the shore.

On your journey to rocking the light within, we begin with a one to one 90-minute Bedrock session. Together we find where you are, what's calling you, and whether the Lighthouse is your next right step.

Bedrock is where we get a real sense of you - the rock it all stands on. We take stock of what you already have going for you - the strengths, the patterns, the possibilities that are hard to see from where you are standing. You leave with the pieces gathered, a clear view of what you have to work with, and a next step you chose yourself.

Take it standalone, or let's stand together - Bedrock stands perfectly well on its own. If you choose to continue, your £142 is credited, in full, against the Lighthouse, and your Bedrock becomes the first of your seven sessions.

If you decide one and done, you leave with solid ground under your feet - a direction, an idea, or simply your next step, yours to keep

🟢 Two Lifecraft LifeSavers - your speed-dial ask, same-day answer wherever possible

🔵 Recorded session notes after every sitting, yours to keep - unless you opt out

🟣 Email always open - answered within 72 hours
